Roll Pin and Lubrication
D-Style pin head for positive, no turn locking of roll pin. Lubrication supplied directly into roll pin. Floating roller nut for accurate bearing locking
Guide and Work Roll Cooling
Cools work rolls through openings in guide housing. Grooves in insert create the spray shape for guide roller cooling.
Various Mounting Brackets
Ring brackets allow small guides to be installed on larger stands. Restbar saddles allow mounting with standard dovetail. Traversing troughs and adapter brackets fit shear and eddy current areas.
Single Point Adjustment
Roll centralization maintained as section settings change. Flat roll profile allows for a quick setup on round restbars
