Superior Design
Designed around your existing mill attachment points and guide saddles. Heat treated stainless steel construction. Can be slotted for vertical adjustment of restbar. All units made specifically for your mill, utilizing a stainless steel acme traversing screw for durable and accurate adjustment. Optional slotted attachment holes for vertical elevation adjustment. Worm gear reduction provides accurate positioning of saddle. Optional attachment to mill stand with t-bolts. Mill access or adjusting screw location is determined during assembly. Castings are machined for left and right hand operator access to the mill stand.
Saddle has limited contact to allow mill debris to pass beneath it. Unit operates on horizontal or vertical positions, on both entry and delivery sides. Screw area beneath saddle prevents water wash and debris from entering. Open bottom allows easy access for inspection and maintenance. Worm drive allows solid and accurate adjustment. Positive clamping adds rigidity by using a wrap around apron on the cross beam. Rotates guide out and away from stand; gains valuable overhead crane access to the guide. Hydraulically locks to mill stand and fixes guide position during rolling. Can be mounted to mill floor for a solid foundation. Cast pre-bell entries keep guide weight to a minimum. Shelf used to support guide when mounted to a restbar
