Fabris SCS® Method
Water is applied via a spiral pattern, covering the entire bar surface for consistent and uniform cooling. Uniform cooling pattern eliminates uneven cooling. Increased cooling efficiency results in faster rolling speeds. Modular vertebrae design allows for a variety of installation possibilities.
Water Box Mounted
Complete waterboxes. Retrofit of existing OEM waterboxes.
Trough Mounted
Replaces troughs with cooling. Directly bolts on to existing foundation. Traversing option for multiple product sizes.
Restbar Mounted
Works as a delivery guide. Horizontal or vertical mill stand applications. Can be installed side-by-side for 2, 3 and 4 stand mills.
